Terms of use

Training Core Lab is a governed training-operations platform. Access is provided only to authorised organisations and their approved users.

Authorised use

Users must access the service only for legitimate training administration and only within the organisation and permissions assigned to them. Login details must not be shared. Users must not attempt to bypass tenant isolation, access another organisation's information, interfere with the service, or use integrations outside their intended purpose.

Organisation responsibilities

Each customer organisation controls its users, operational records, connected services and the lawful use of learner information. Organisations are responsible for the accuracy of information entered, the permissions granted to staff, and the review of generated documents, communications and meeting details before use.

Connected services

Optional integrations, including Zoom, are connected by an authorised organisation administrator. The organisation remains responsible for its third-party account, licences and meeting settings. Connections can be removed from Training Core Lab and from the third-party account.

Availability and changes

We maintain and improve the service using governed releases, backups and operational controls. Planned maintenance, security work or supplier incidents may affect availability. Features may change where necessary for security, compliance or service improvement.

Acceptable content

Users must not upload unlawful, malicious or unnecessary sensitive content. Training Core AI is read-only assistance and must not be treated as a substitute for authorised professional judgment.

Suspension and termination

Access may be suspended to protect users, data or the service, or where contractual or acceptable-use requirements are breached. On termination, information is handled according to the applicable agreement and retention obligations.
